BRIEF
At the end of 2021, Grapa was invited to present its pitch project to Adidas, securing its position as the sports brand's new culture marketing agency.
In shaping this project, I took charge of the creative process, a segment that garnered the highest praise and score in the pitch. Our challenge extended beyond delivering insights into the influencer market; we were tasked with proposing a creative activation for Lollapalooza Brasil, an event sponsored by the brand.
OUR CHALLENGE
One of our key insights involved addressing the "blank spaces" within Adidas' influencer niche map, showcasing which names could effectively occupy these gaps. Additionally, we showed as examples a few launches from the three lines (Adidas, Adidas Football, and Originals) along with the respective influencers who could be strategically activated.
In our proposal for Lollapalooza, we presented a comprehensive plan encompassing pre, during, and post-festival activations. With a focus on Gen Z, the creative concept revolved around the idea of "personifying" the brand, extending its iconic presence beyond apparel.
